This interview was for management positions and these people are so far inside the box, I wouldn't hire 95% of them. Pay attention people! Strange and unusual questions were asked to really get a person to reveal personality and these people could only answer with canned, boring, internet searched answers. The panel asked "tell us a word friends would use to describe you" and almost to the T each person said "I would use the word (insert standard 'I'm awesome' word here) and then explain why they thought of themselves as that word.
